Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. We want to maintain appointment availability and respect the time of our clients and providers, therefore we kindly ask that you provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Appointment Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve certain appointments:

• Non-Injectable Services(facials, laser hair, body treatments,etc): $45 deposit

• Neurotoxin Appointments: $100 deposit

• Dermal Filler & Sculptra Appointments: $500 deposit

Deposits are applied toward the cost of the scheduled treatment. When an appointment is properly rescheduled according to this policy, the eligible deposit or remaining deposit balance will transfer to the new appointment.

48+ Hours' Notice

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty when at least 48 hours' notice is provided.

If you reschedule, your deposit will transfer to the new appointment.

If you cancel and do not reschedule, the original appointment deposit remains non-refundable.

Late Cancellation — Rescheduled

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, but reschedule your appointment at the time of cancellation:

• A $75 late cancellation fee will apply.

• Any remaining deposit balance will transfer to the rescheduled appointment.

• A new deposit is not required unless the remaining deposit is less than the deposit required for the new appointment.

This allows you to maintain your appointment and apply the remaining deposit toward your treatment while compensating the provider for the appointment time that was reserved.

Late Cancellation — Not Rescheduled

If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice and do not reschedule, a $75 late cancellation fee will apply.

The $75 fee will be deducted from any deposit on file. Any remaining eligible deposit balance will be handled according to our Refund & Deposit Policy.

If you later decide to schedule another appointment, a new deposit will be required.

No-Shows

A missed appointment without notice is considered a no-show.

• Non-Injectable Services: The $45 deposit will be forfeited.

• Neurotoxin Appointments: The $100 deposit will be forfeited.

• Dermal Filler & Sculptra Appointments: $100 of the $500 deposit will be forfeited. The remaining $400 will be refunded to the original payment method.

A new deposit will be required before scheduling another appointment.

Repeated Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients who cancel or reschedule 3 or more appointments within a rolling 90-day period may be subject to additional booking requirements, even when adequate notice was provided.

These requirements may include a 50% non-refundable reservation deposit or full prepayment of the scheduled service.

Clients with repeated late cancellations or no-shows may also be required to prepay future appointments in full.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may receive a shortened treatment when clinically appropriate and when the remaining appointment time allows.

Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled. If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable late cancellation fee may apply.

Card on File

A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve an appointment.

By scheduling an appointment, you authorize Total Wellness & Beauty to charge applicable cancellation or no-show fees to the card on file in accordance with this policy.

Emergencies & Illness

We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected illnesses occur. Exceptions may be made at management's discretion.

Policy Acknowledgment

By scheduling an appointment with Total Wellness & Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to this Appointment & Cancellation Policy, including applicable deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, and rescheduling requirements.

Refund & Deposit Policy

At Total Wellness & Beauty, we reserve appointment time, treatment resources, and products specifically for each client. Please review our refund and deposit policy before purchasing or scheduling services.

Service Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve certain appointments:

• Non-Injectable Services: $45 deposit
  Includes facials, HydraFacials, microneedling, chemical peels, body treatments, laser services, and other non-injectable treatments.

• Neurotoxin Appointments: $100 deposit

• Dermal Filler & Sculptra Appointments: $500 deposit

All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the cost of the scheduled treatment.

If an appointment is rescheduled within the requirements of our Cancellation Policy, the deposit may be transferred to the rescheduled appointment.

Late cancellations, no-shows, or cancellations outside the terms of our Cancellation Policy will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment.

Services & Treatments

All completed services and treatments are final sale and non-refundable.

Aesthetic results vary from person to person, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Dissatisfaction with an aesthetic result does not automatically qualify for a refund.

If you have a concern following treatment, please contact us so that our provider can evaluate the area and determine the appropriate next steps.

Prepaid Packages

Treatment packages are offered at discounted package pricing and are intended to be completed as purchased.

Clients have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request cancellation of an unused package, provided no services have been performed and no products or medications have been ordered specifically for the client.

After 24 hours, package sales are considered final.

If Total Wellness & Beauty approves an exception after treatment has begun, all completed services will be deducted from the amount paid at their regular individual price rather than the discounted package price. Any remaining eligible balance will then be calculated for refund or account credit.

Packages are non-transferable unless approved by management.

Injectables & Medications

Injectable treatments, medications, and products that have been administered, dispensed, opened, or specially ordered for a client are final sale and non-refundable.

This includes all prescription or patient-specific products.

Skincare & Retail Products

Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Opened or used products and special-order items are final sale.

If a product is defective or was provided incorrectly by our office, please contact us so we can address the issue.

Memberships

Memberships are subject to the cancellation, billing, and refund terms outlined in the individual membership agreement signed at enrollment.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds outside of this policy are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis by management.

If Total Wellness & Beauty is unable to provide a prepaid service, or if a medical provider determines that a client can no longer safely receive a prepaid treatment, the unused balance will be reviewed for an appropriate refund, credit, or alternative treatment.

Client Acknowledgment

By scheduling an appointment or purchasing a service, package, membership, medication, or product from Total Wellness & Beauty, I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to the Refund & Deposit Policy.

I understand that appointment deposits are non-refundable and that completed services, administered or dispensed medications, injectables, and other items identified as final sale are not eligible for refund except as required by law.
